I binged horribly on chinese food Friday night. I'm not even going to get into how bad it was because it's something I'd rather learn from and then forget about.
Yesterday was better; at least I didn't eat over 1500 calories. Today has been all right as well.
Breakfast - veggie/egg scramble - eggplant, zucchini, red bell pepper, mushroom, spinach, 1/4c. egg substitute - 3 strawberries, slice of peach, 3 pineapple chunks - Wonder light wheat bread with sugar free strawberry jelly
Lunch - Boca vegan burger - cup of broccoli - 4 cauliflower flowerets - two tablespoons of salsa
Snack - half an orange - rice cake
Dinner - Taco Bell: two ranchero chicken tacos, fresco style; cinnamon twists
So far about 750 calories. I feel like I'm missing something here. I guess because I always usually have this many calories by freaking lunch time. But, yeah... 'tis been a good day. I think I'm going to go take my dog for a run and have some watermelon when I get back, bringing me to about 800-850 calories. If I'm hungry, anyway. I'm usually not after running.
